Das Stück
Das Stück is a London-based theatre company that creates highly stylised productions and multimedia performances. We focus on both stage-adaptions and new-writing which explores the themes of identity, queerness, femme-oppression and the oppression of women, and artistic creation.

We want to take You into our own aesthetic creation, through a mixture of performance, visuals, the senses and film. In our work we explore applying elements of film direction to the stage. Our aim is to provide a platform for queer artists to express themselves and present their craft within a cohesive and supported environment.
Hannah Eirich is a German Producer and Director. Her work is based in strong visual concepts and narratives.
She graduated from King's College London with a degree in Philosophy in 2018, continuing her studies by attending a Masters in Arts and Cultural Management. Whilst at University the co-direccted 'The Picture of Dorian Gray' and 'Die Physiker'. She has previously acted in and directed Productions at her high-school in Germany Das Neue Gymnasium Bochum, including 'A Midsummernight's Dream' and 'Much Ado About Nothing´.
She is also a visual artist: In her visual art practice her work focuses mostly on figures and abstraction. The use of colour and form is particularly highlighted in her work.

Sam Kindon is a London based director, playwright and actor.
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy at King’s College London (2018). His work focuses on involving elements of film, drag, fashion and music into performance. Sam is presently directing ‘The Mannequin’, a new piece that he has written that focuses on the relationships between people who work within creative industries.
His previous work has included; co-directed ‘Die Physiker’ (2018), co-directed and adapted ‘The Picture of Dorian Gray’, acted in Clumsy Bodies’ production of ‘Iphigenia’ (2016).
Tamsyn Chandler is a writer and director whose work focuses on alienation, the occult and surrealism. They are in their final year of a degree in Comparative Literature, which also comprises of modules from the departments of film, classics and modern languages. Whilst at University they wrote and directed the play ‘Roquairol’ (2017) (the focus of which was the German Expressionist movement), as well as directed the theatrical segment of the Classical Reception project, ‘Fragments’ (2018). They also acted in the production ‘The Picture of Dorian Gray’ 2017) whilst at university, as well as attended courses on-screen acting at the National Youth Theater (2019) and film-making courses at National Youth Film academy and the University of Arts London (2018-19).
Emma Giaretto is a French Producer with a passion for bringing new stories to life and creating new worlds for audiences to immerse themselves in. After graduating from Queen Mary University of London with a degree in Politics with Business Management, and working for at a not-for-profit organisation aiming to get more people, more active more often, she resumed her studies at King’s College London and is currently attending a Masters in Arts and Cultural Management. Emma’s producing work ranges from musicals – West Side Story (2018), to modern plays such as The Effect by Lucy Prebble (2018). She also focuses on the production of new writing and produced ‘A Litany for Survival’ (2018) a queer story by Joey Levenson set in NYC during the AIDS outbreak of the 1980s-90s.
